We buy from all kinds of vendors, including top brands and designers, as well as artisans from around the world. We also have some merchandise manufactured for us to bring you exceptional fashion and quality at an amazing price. Our buyers are opportunistic and entrepreneurial. So, when a designer overproduces or other stores overbuy, we swoop in, negotiate the lowest possible price, and pass the savings on!

New, unexpected furniture, décor & more arrives at stores several times a week, each delivery containing hundreds of items. Our rapidly changing assortments create that "treasure hunt" shopping experience we think you'll love. Tip: If you want it, don't wait! We don't hold replenishment stock in our back rooms, and often the store managers don't know what's coming until they throw open the delivery truck doors. We're sister stores! Both of our brands live under the TJX umbrella, along with T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and Sierra. Homesense and HomeGoods' offerings of incredible furniture and décor complement each other. We're not twins, you can tell us apart: Homesense has more furniture, lighting, rugs, wall art, and dining chairs, plus a General Store department. HomeGoods has more specialty foods, plus Pet and Children's departments. For the very best selection, and utmost fun, shop both!

Home Delivery

Returns

To receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned in original. Original condition means the item is not washed, worn (aside from trying it on), damaged or altered and returned with all hangtags and original packaging where possible. Any item not meeting the condition standards of this policy will be returned at the customer's expense.

Returns with a receipt received outside the returns timeframe may qualify for a merchandise credit. This credit is redeemable in store at any Homesense store location. Returns without a receipt will receive a non-transferable merchandise credit. A valid government-issued photo ID, name, address, and signature will be required for the merchandise credit to issue and may also be required in order to redeem. Any name printed on the merchandise credit must match the name on the photo ID presented at the time of redemption. Merchandise credits issued for returns without a receipt may not be used for online purchases. To learn about how we use and handle your information, please see our Privacy Notice posted on our website.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return merchandise accompanied by a register receipt within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund. Returns with receipts over 30 days or without a receipt (but otherwise eligible for return) will receive store credit only. Gift receipts are valid for store credit only. Merchandise that is used or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange. Other restrictions may apply.

Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification system, which is used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program. Any valid government issued photo ID, name, address, and signature are required for returns without a valid receipt or gift receipt. Customer signature may be required for returns (both with and without receipt).
